A former Marine, William was recovering from spinal reconstruction when he discovered CrossFit, and credits it for turning 'may never walk again' into a strong and healthy athlete.

 

Bringing that same positive life change to others is his passion.

After graduating college where Danielle focused on strength training while working for the University of Rhode Island fitness and wellness center, she discovered CrossFit in 2011. A love affair ever since, she strives each day to push herself to her full athletic potential and hopes to portray the same in her coaching. She plans to advance herself more as an athlete and coach by perfecting performance and gaining education in every area of CrossFit.
