CrossFit Boost's On Ramp is a two week, six class program that will provide the fundamentals to help you reach your highest possible level of fitness.
Our primary goal in these classes is to introduce you to some brand new skills and
movements. This is a challenging, but rewarding step. Once you’ve gotten the hang of
it, you’ll be ready to enter our group Crossfit classes.
Here are some of the features of our On Ramp Program:
- You will learn how to lift weights safely. This includes Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, and kettlebells.
- Individualized scaling and programming for each athlete.
- An introduction to nutrition.
- Each class features new skills and a challenging workout to test those skills.
The cost of the On Ramp Program is 150 dollars per person, and is required for all first-time CrossFitters.
