Acronyms and Abbreviations
- 1rm - One Rep Maximum (Also 3rm, 5rm, etc.)
- AMRAP - As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible
- EMOM - Every Minute On The Minute
- GHD - Glute Ham Developer
- Goat - A movement that is particularly difficult for you
- "I Can't" - The only unnacceptable language at Boost; "I Can't Yet" is acceptable.
- KB - Kettlebell
- Metcon - Metabolic Conditioning
- OHS - Overhead Squat
- Pood - Unit of kettlebell weight measurement; 16kg = 1 pood
- PR - Personal Record
- Rep - Repetition; one performance of the exercise
- ROM - Range Of Motion
- RX - As Prescribed; performing the workout as it is written
- SDHP - Sumo Deadlift Highpull (You're probably not going to see this one.)
- TGU - Turkish Get-Up
- WOD - Workout Of the Day
